Bonjour Nails

To be honest I used to love this place. They were quick but still took the time to really ensure that my nails came out the way I wanted. The staff were friendly, outgoing, and made every guest feel happy walking out. However the last few months they have been declining. The last couple of times I have been there, it has been long wait times, rushed service, results are not want I want, and lack of communication that feels like you are sitting in silence. It is not ideal going into a salon where my nails have been rushed to get done and they look uneven with flaws in the paint and shape.

Love this salon! Mia is just the sweetest and always makes sure you’re happy with your nails. Great service and love the guy who does the pedicures.

Mia did my nails today. I’ve been coming here for years. She always does an amazing job. Quick, beautiful & professional! And they have a ton of new colours! Any girls dream.

The two young women that I’ve had my nails done by did good work. My nails are very sensitive and so they used causation and were very apologetic if I winced at all.

My nails turned out so well! The lady who did my nails was very knowledgeable on the nail trends and even recommended what I wanted before I even told her. The store is clean with plenty of seating. I’ll definitely come back!!

Im extremely disappointed with my experience with this salon. The acrylic on my nails was so lumpy and you could clearly see it. The nail tech suggested that french ombre’s are only to be looked at from afar LIKE What (I don’t think they’re supposed to be lumpy regardless of design). She was well aware that she did a bad job. I would recommend you save your money and go to another salon where they actually care about the quality of their work.

Edit: January - Unfortunately today is the last time I'll visit this salon. Since my last visit in July it has been declining in service. I book appointments & always have to wait 15-45 minutes. Happened to me 3x now, and last I visited with my husband in December, even then they were asking us to wait. We said no or she would've made us wait for half an hour more after already waiting for half hour. Was hoping I could continue as salon is close to home. Will not come back sadly.July-Great service! I booked an appointment as I recieved a gift certificate for mother's day; so it was quick seat and start. I got exactly what I asked for, and I haven't had fake nails in a long time so this was a good experience. The ambiance was okay, I feel like there could've been something playing on tv to keep a little occupied since conversation is usually scarce.

I had shellac done few times in this place with different technicians because its walk-in distance to me, it starts to chip off with 2days, last time they used the gel overlay which costs $10 extra said it won't chip. It started to chip within 2-3days and today I called the place if they can fix it, she kept saying we are busy to day, call another day to come, didn't even me give me the chance to finish talking.Pls I don't recommend anyone to go to this place. It's waste of money, horrible service.
