Pedi N Nails

My actual experience was nice; the place is large and clean and bright. The lady who did my nails was very sweet and we had a good chat. However, my cuticles on both my fingers and toes were not pushed back and cleaned pretty much at all, so it was a little disappointing at the end. Overall it’s a decent place for the price point, or maybe the cuticle clean up doesn’t come with the basic Mani-Pedi and you have to buy the luxury one. I personally never had that issue at other places before so I am not sure.

Absolutely barbarized my cuticles as well as my friends. No nails were shaped properly and polish was poorly applied (don’t think it should be bubbling..). Nail polish was peeled off right after the appt and I immediately went somewhere else for a better experience.I would recommend this place to anyone who is signing up for a nail infection or a poor experience. At least the candies at the end were good….

Kim is very good at what she’s doing!! I always go there and leave with such a big smile on my face. She always suggests me with new designs for my manicures. Does an excellent job every single time. I will always support them and will be their returning customer.

I have went to this location many times since it opened. After my visit on Thursday this week I will not be returning. As the last post stated it is as though the shellac didn’t cure properly. Both my mani and pedi are dull, soft and staining. I called Friday and they were too busy to fix them on that day. They made me an appointment at 11:00 Saturday. When I arrived they acted as though I didn’t have an appointment? I then waited for 20 mins for them to start. (The other girl waiting for her 11 am appointment was sitting waiting for 45 minutes). They then attempted to fix them over and over saying they were fine- but they are still not set properly. Dull and the worst finish on a shellac mani and pedi I have had. 80$ plus a 10$ tip and I’m left with ugly nails.

This is my favourite nail salon! I love how friendly the staff is and I appreciate how much time and effort they put into their services. I always have the best experience here!Edit: new pictures of my nails. I love them! They were done by Lisa. She is wonderful.

Pedicure was good, my acrylic nails were not.. the nails were a mess, I had to try and fix them when I got home.. most nails were over my cuticle which caused infection. And I was charged $70.. won’t be going again.

My experience itself was great. The staff was very kind and accommodating. My low rating is because I got a Shellac manicure done on Wednesday, and by Saturday of the same week it is stained and peeling. I've never experienced this before with Shellac, it normally lasts two weeks or so before beginning to crack or chip. I feel as though they were not cured properly. Disappointing considering I spent $90 for a manicure pedicure combination that hasn't lasted more than a week. Pictures were taken 4 days after the manicure- I have not done anything rough with my hands that would have caused this sort of deterioration.

First and last time that I'll be going there.When the nail tech was doing my nails, I mentioned to her that they where too thin but she assured me that they where fine. Not even two days later one broke.When I went back to fix the nail all I got was attitude from the one who originally did my nails and from the one who fixed it and kept saying that it was my fault in front of another customer. The one that redone my nail wanted to charge me $5.

Very happy with my experience. Shellac manicure, pedicure and waxing. Jane was amazing. Highly recommend..I’ll be returning

Tina I think is who did my nails, and let me tell you. She did an amazing job on my nails exactly what I wanted. Super friendly I am definitely booking again soon!
